The evening started off with a wonderful dinner, we basically stuffed ourselves with our usual dinner of appetizers and treats
This year the list included
A fruit, candy and vegetable platter
Crackers and Cheeses and Smoked oysters
Chips/dip/ guacamole and Salsa
Orange Chicken, mini pizza pockets, mini quiche, a variety mini Mexican assortment of Empanada´s, taco´s and mini pizza pockets
And to drink a yummy banana, orange and pineapple smoothy

This year Sabie and I did a little sewing project together; We made all the Christmas Pajama shorts!

After we sang Christmas Carols and read the story of the Birth of the Jesus from the bible.
We had Reyes and Rodolfo there with us and Im not to sure what they thought exactly of our Canadian Christmas Eve(in Mexico) but Im sure they thought is was as interesting as we think their traditions are! :)

I love that the candy platter is bigger than all of the other ones. That's my kind of party! :) The shorts are so cute! Great job to you and Sabie for making them! :)
