Grand Canyon and Phoenix Fun

Well what can I say about the Grand Canyon but it is one of those amazing things that everyone should see at least once in their lifetime.
The kids had a great time learning about all the different educational facts like how many people die a year falling off the edge, how many people have to be rescued from the bottom, how deep it is, and about the California Condor a huge Eagle like bird with a wing span of 9 feet.
Man......the things that kids remember..I'll post some pictures soon.
We are glad to get to Phoenix safely...We pulled over because we heard something strange with the Motor home and couldn't find anything ...so we carried on and around a mountain and saw a large ball of fire ,which ended up to be a family pulling a fifth wheel trailer that somehow caught on fire...... we were only 30 cars behind it, so I feel like if we hadn't have pulled over we would have been right near the explosion. So we are very grateful to have been protected...The family was Ok but the trailer was just a frame burnt to a crisp.

We have been enjoying hanging out with Levi, Rachel and of course the Cat.....They just moved into their first home this year (funny cuz we sold our home and they bought one LOL)Anyway its really beautiful!! and they have been working hard to make it really nice.....It's great to be here in a place with more room rather than their apartment. And the cat likes it better too. He came out to visit the first night we got here...last time he finally came out the last night we were here.
